Traffic sent through the platform must be lawful, consented and correctly identified.
Consent
Recipients must have agreed to receive messages from the sender identified in the message. Purchased or scraped lists are not permitted.
Prohibited content
Messages promoting fraud, malware, phishing, illegal goods, or content prohibited by the receiving operator are not permitted.
Identification
The sender name must identify the party responsible for the message. Impersonating another brand or a public authority is prohibited.
Enforcement
Traffic that breaches this policy may be blocked immediately and the account suspended pending review.
Legal documents are published in English and apply to all markets.
