When you cannot reply
Some messages come from a letters based name that cannot receive replies. In that case contact the business named in the message, or message us on Telegram at @exerioco with the sender name and the time you received it.
What we do with it
We pass the request to the account that sent the message and record it. Continued sending after a recorded opt out is a breach of our acceptable use policy and is acted on.
Numbers we hold
We do not build or sell marketing lists, and we do not add numbers to any list of our own. A number only exists here because a customer uploaded it for a send.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a message was fraudulent or impersonated a brand, tell us on Telegram at @exerioco with the exact text. Those reports are investigated the same day.

Does replying STOP cost anything?
A reply is charged by your own mobile operator at your normal rate. We charge you nothing.
I keep getting messages after opting out
Tell us on Telegram at @exerioco with the sender name and time. Ignoring an opt out is a breach of our rules.
Can you tell me who sent it?
The sender name in the message identifies the business. Where a name is unclear we will look into it with you.
