eXerio processes account data and message metadata to deliver messages and to bill for them.
What we process
Account identity, sign-in events including IP address and country, message metadata such as recipient number, sender name, timestamp, status and cost, and payment references.
Message content
Message bodies are transmitted to the operator route needed for delivery and retained for the period required for support and dispute handling.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the contract with the account holder and on legitimate interest in fraud prevention and service security.
Retention
Message and billing records are retained for the statutory accounting period. Sign-in logs are retained for security review.

Access, correction, export and erasure requests can be sent to info@exerio.co. Requests are answered within one month.
Legal documents are published in English and apply to all markets.
