What a segment is
A plain text message fits 160 characters, or 153 each when split. With emoji or non latin letters the limits are 70 and 67. Each part is one segment and each segment is priced.

You pay per segment, in euros, at a price published for each destination. Nothing is added afterwards.

Per destination pricing
Every country has its own published price per segment in EUR. You see the price for your send before you confirm it.
Prepaid, never in debt
You top up a balance. The full cost of a send is reserved when it starts, so you can never spend more than you hold.
What happens if the balance runs out mid send
Recipients are covered in order until the money runs out. The rest are marked as insufficient balance and never sent, so you are only charged for what actually went.
Volume pricing
Large and regular senders get a price agreed in advance rather than a discount that appears on an invoice later.
No subscription
There is no monthly fee and no minimum term. If you send nothing this month, you pay nothing.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay for the messages you send.
How do I see the price for a country?
Message support on Telegram at @exerioco with the destinations you care about, or check the price in the platform before you send.
Can I be charged twice for one message?
No. Charges are recorded once per message and every change to your balance is listed in your account.
How do I top up?
From the credits page in your account. The balance updates as soon as the payment confirms.
