Terms of service

These terms govern access to the eXerio platform. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public registration.
Access
Access is personal to the account holder. Credentials must not be shared, and the account holder is responsible for all traffic sent from the account, including traffic sent with an API key.
Balance and charges
Sending requires a positive balance in EUR. Each message is charged at the published route price for the destination at the time of sending. Multi part messages are charged per segment.
Suspension
An account may be suspended where traffic breaches the acceptable use policy, where a balance is disputed, or where an operator requires it.
Liability
The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted delivery. Operator networks can delay, filter or reject messages outside our control.
Changes
Terms may change with notice to the account contact. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance. Questions: info@exerio.co.
