How balances are funded, held and reconciled.
Prepaid only
The platform is prepaid. Sending requires a positive balance and the cost of a send is reserved before it begins.
Confirmation
A top-up appears on the balance once the payment is confirmed. Every change to the balance is listed in the account with the amount before and after.
Disputes
Raise a disputed charge with info@exerio.co quoting the reference shown in your account. Charges are recorded once per message.
Currency
All pricing, balances and charges are in EUR.
Legal documents are published in English and apply to all markets.
