eXerio is a text messaging platform. This policy states plainly where voice fits and what is outside the service.
Scope
The platform sends and reports on text messages. It is not an auto dialler and it does not place calls on your behalf.
Numbers that receive replies
Where your campaign needs replies, support can arrange a number that receives them. That number is for messaging, not for call campaigns.
Prohibited use
Using any number arranged through us for unsolicited calling, recorded call broadcasts or call based fraud is prohibited and ends the account.
Consent still applies
A recipient who agreed to text messages has not agreed to calls. Consent for one channel is never consent for another.
