What eXerio is asked for, what we act on and what we refuse, published so customers and recipients can see how the service is run.
What we report
Lawful requests from authorities, abuse complaints from recipients and operators, accounts suspended for breaching the acceptable use policy, and sender names refused or withdrawn.
How requests are handled
Every request is checked for legal basis and scope before anything is disclosed. Requests that are overbroad or unsupported are refused or narrowed in writing.
Notice to customers
Where we are legally permitted to do so, the account holder is told that their data was requested, and when.
Abuse and enforcement
Complaints about unsolicited or misleading messages are investigated. Confirmed breaches lead to blocked traffic, withdrawn sender names or a suspended account.
Publication
The report is compiled yearly and the current figures can be requested at info@exerio.co. Nothing in it identifies an individual recipient.
Legal documents are published in English and apply to all markets.
