Unused balance
Unused balance remains available while the account is active.
Failed messages
Messages rejected before submission to the operator are not charged. Messages accepted by the operator are charged even if the handset is unreachable.
Disputes
Raise a billing dispute within 30 days at info@exerio.co with the message identifiers concerned.
Legal documents are published in English and apply to all markets.
