Account opening
Every account is opened by our team after a conversation. There is no public registration, which keeps anonymous traffic off the platform.
Sender identities
A sender name must belong to the sender or be used with written permission from the owner. Impersonation ends an account immediately.
Consent
Marketing traffic requires recipient consent and an honoured opt-out. Records of consent must be available on request.
Monitoring
Traffic patterns and complaints are reviewed. Accounts causing recipient harm are suspended while the matter is investigated.
Records
Message metadata, sign-in events and account changes are logged for support, billing and dispute handling. Questions: info@exerio.co.
