For message traffic, the account holder is the controller and eXerio is the processor.
Scope
Processing covers transmission of the messages you submit, plus the metadata needed to route, report and bill them.
Subprocessors
Operator and aggregator partners used for delivery act as further processors. A current list is available on request.
Transfers
Where delivery requires transmission outside the EEA, the transfer is limited to what is necessary to deliver the message.
Security
Access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed. Incidents affecting personal data are reported to the account contact.
Legal documents are published in English and apply to all markets.
