Every destination has one published price per segment in euros. For Norge that price applies to +47 numbers on every network, and you see the full cost of a send before you commit to it.
The unit is the segment, not the message. Plain text fits 160 characters, then splits into 153 character parts. With an emoji or non latin letters the limits drop to 70 and 67. Each part is one segment and each segment is priced.
