What a sender ID is

It is the name recipients see before they read a word of the message. A recognisable name is the cheapest trust signal there is, and the difference between a text being opened and being ignored.

Getting Casumo on your messages

You set the name per send. Letters are limited to eleven characters and cannot be replied to, so if you need replies, ask support for a number that accepts them alongside the name.

Where registration is required

Some markets want the name filed before it can be used. Our team starts that with you the day the account opens and tells you when it is live, usually in days rather than weeks.

Only for names you own

A sender name should be one you have the right to use. Casino messaging in particular attracts impersonation, which is why we ask about the name before enabling it.
